Stop getting SPAM

For: Windows 95/98 & Windows XP
(Please Note: Outlook Express, Outlook and Netscape procedures are going to be the same for all versions of Windows.)

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

1.	Open Outlook Express.
2.	Click on Tools at the top.
3.	Click on Message Rules and choose Blocked Senders List.
4.	Click on the Add button.
5.	In the Address field, type the email address of the person that you wish to block.
6.	Click the Mail and News messages radio button in the Block the following area.
7.	Click on the OK button.
8.	Click on the OK button. (Second time)
9.	You have blocked incoming messages from the email address you specified.

NETSCAPE

1.	Open Netscape.
2.	Select Message Filters from Edit menu.
3.	Click on the New button.
4.	Type the name of the filter in the Filter name field. (example: Nudity)
5.	Select the button next to match any of the following.
6.	Select body from the drop-down menu and select contains from the second drop-down menu.
7.	Type Nude or Sex in the text field.
8.	Select Delete where you want the filter rules to do.
9.	Click on the OK button.
10.	Your Nudity filter rules is successfully created.
11.	If you want to add more go to step 3. Otherwise, click on the OK button.
