MAC SUPPORT

Adding a new mail account

MAC MAIL | Outlook Express | Netscape

You may have signed up for .Mac email when you first set up your Mac. You can keep your .Mac email address and still receive your telepak.net email. First, you will need to add your Telepak.net E-mail account.

1.Open your Mac Mail.

2.Choose Preferences from the Mail menu.
3.Click on Add Account to add your telepak.net e-mail account.
4.Add mail properties for MacSelect POP from Account Type drop-down menu.

Type the description for this e-mail account in the Description field. (example: John Telepak.net E-mail)
 

Enter your email address in the Email Address field.
 

Enter your full name in the Full Name field.
 

In the Incoming Mail Server type mail.telepak.net.
 

Type your user name in the User Name field.
 

Type your password in the Password field.
 

Select mail.telepak.net from the Outgoing Mail Server drop-down menu.

5.Click on the OK button.

6.Your Telepak.net e-mail is ready. Email your friend or yourself a test email to make sure it's working properly.
